Entire PC Backup stuck on "Queued"

My initial backup to my own personal cloud went through just fine. However, I added more content to my PC and tried to back it up. Acronis never seems to get past the "Queued" stage of the backup. Doesn't give an estimate for the backup or anything. I've got a lot of data to backup, but would think it would progress after sitting for an hour? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
