I have an Acronis True Image Home Ver.14.0.0.6696. When I tried to install it on my server with a Windows 2000 Server OS I got an error:
The procedure entry point SetFileShortNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.
I was positive that this software for all Windows.
I have cleaned all my Temp folders, check registry - no result.
How to solve this problem?

Windows 2000 is not supported OS for true image home since, afaik, version 11. (that one before 2009) And windows server (just in case) is not supported by true image home at all, it will not install on server windows.
