error 0x00000067 - software that never works

Thread needs solution

I got the error tag 0x0 directly after finishing the installation - program did not start after that. I solved this problem just a couple of days ago with a new installation of build 7046. But now I get the error 0x00000067 and again nothing is working (program again does not start).
Does anybody know what to do?
I am using Windows 7 - 64bit, acer aspire 5739g.
Right now I got the feeling that acronis software is sort of junk or rubish stuff. They are waiting for complaints and when there are any, they don't care about (no answer by the support). Some days later they publish a new build to fix an old error but produce a new one.
I thought when buying acronis that it is value for money not garbage.

You have something running on your system that is interefering with True Image. I also use a Win 7, 64-bit system, also on an Acer but I have True Image 2010 build 5055. I only do Backup from in Windows and only when I want to. So nothing is running automatically. Then I test the Backup by restoring via the bootable CD to a spare hard drive.
Do you run any software to keep your system clean of temporary files and garbage registry entries?
