error 0x7 when usig recovery cd

Hi,
I'm using a german version of atih 2012. When using the recovery cd to do a backup it shows the following mistake:
DS: No Partition: 0x7 (NTFS,HPFS)
Looking at the properties there is an error like: file system error, wrong format
It is doing the backup, but it took more than the estimated 8 minutes, nearly 30 minutes.
The mainboard is a DH67BA using a RAID5 with 4*2TB.
Could anyone help me, please?
