Error Access to files and folders denied when clicking on recover button on non stop backup

I installed Acronis True Image 2013 on my windows 8 pro 64 bit.

After getting the support to fix the upgrade license key issues resolved, I attempted my first non stop backup to my NAS which was successful.

But when I click on the recover button, I get this error saying Access to files and folders is denied.

I can't restore files.

I have Seagate Go Flex Home NAS which works fine with windows file history and memeo backup.

The true image 2012 never worked with my NAS on Windows 7.

Any insights?????

What I would do is verify that you have proper permissions set on the NAS.
Assuming that the NAS is using a linux enviorment try temporary escalating the permission of the folder and file to 777 (Full Access) using what ever method you normally would to connect to it outside of Acronis.
This should allow everyone including an anonymous login to both read and write to the file.

If this works then you need to configure your permissions properly and consult the manual of the NAS for insturctions.

Remember to change it back once your done to prevent unauthorized access.
