PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E02 is the "Intel(R) 7 Series/C216 Chipset Family SATA AHCI Controller"

Did you have the correct drivers available for use during the Universal Restore?

They are available from Intel here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&Dwn…

You will need the floppy version of the correct 32 bit or 64 bit drivers according to the installed OS on the target system.

You must extract the files (there will be six (6) files) to a location that will be available during the Universal Restore operation.

I usually create a folder on the drive that contains my backup image files called DRIVERS and copy the extracted files to the DRIVERS folder. You will need to tell Universal Restore to look in the DRIVERS folder for these files.

I have loaded the drivers on a usb drive. I am not getting the error anymore. However it now freezes with 50 seconds left.

Make sure that you used the correct drivers.

32 bit if the OS to be restored is 32 bit.

64 bit if the OS to be restored is 64 bit.

Not sure why you would get the freeze at the end.
