Error Message: Specify Location of Version 30??

Thread needs solution

Hi, when I click the 'Recover' button, I keep getting the "Specify Location of Version 30." error message (check attached screenshot), but that backup path is accessible. The program also can backup to this path, just 'Recover' failed to access it. What's wrong??

My system: Win7 Pro 64-bit, Latest update of Acronis Home 2012.

It is possible this issue is caused by corrupt backups. I would recommend moving your backups to a different location to localize the issue as well as checking the following troubleshooting guide.

I think the backup files should be somehow corrupted, but it is still accessible by opening it directly, the files are still working. End up I need to create a new backup job.

By the way, I can't receive email notification for update of this thread, but I already enabled it.
