Error message: User authorized by brand, but not have Online Backup

I have a trial version of Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Workstation incorporating a free trial of Online Backup. I downloaded the Acronis Online Backup Installer and followed the instruction to register an Online Backup 'subscription' in my web account on the Acronis website. I then received an email confirming the trial had been activated, which informed me:
To start using the online backup feature in Acronis True Image Home 2011:
1. In the navigation pane, click "Online backup".
2. In the "E-mail" box, type your e-mail address
3. In the "Password" box, type the password from your Acronis account.
However, when I follow these instructions I get this error message: 'User authorized by brand, but not have Online Backup'. Details:

LineInfo: 0x78EAA8CE283EE060
This error code is not in Knowledge Base and I can't find any way of contacting Acronis directly, they don't appear to be very supportive at all.
Does anyone have a clue what is wrong and how it can be remedied?

Probably the reason is that these are different online backups - Online backup for business that comes with Backup & Recovery 11 Workstation that you have, and 'home' online backup that True Image Home 2011 can use. So you apparently activated the Home one and try to use in in ABR 11.

PS - 'User authorized by brand, but not have Online Backup' probably was 'User authorized by {0}, but not have Online Backup' where somehing (maybe "Acronis"?) was supposed to be instead of 'brand' and it still begs to be proofread.
