Error: No such script ''7A59499B...................."

Thread needs solution

My log is showing the above error on a daily basis (immediately after a scheduled Secure Zone backup) for a backup which I haven't even scheduled!

There are two Event codes:

0x0001006C and 0x00640005

Can anyone advise how I can stop this happening? All other backups are working fine.

Could an Acronis Technician please advise me. I have since downloaded the latest build and still have the same problem

Welcome to our Forum, we're glad to greet you here! I understand how disturbing the issue is, and I'll be glad to help you!

This issue usually appears when there are task traces left in the registry after task deletion. In order to resolve it I'd suggest you to perform the following steps: 

  1. Download Acronis Scheduler Manager. Open command prompt (Start -> Run -> cmd); run schedmgr.exe and issue the following command:
    task zap
    This will erase all traces of the tasks.
  2. Update Scheduler as mentioned in this article
  3. Reboot the machine
  4. Recreate the tasks

This should resolve the issue faced. Should it persist, please provide us with Acronis Info from machine in quesiton.
