Error opening the backup archive

Acronis TI Home 11.0. When I start a computer backup to DVD disk, I get the error message when Acronis writes to the first DVD disk: :Archive Open Error: An Error occurred when opening the backup archive. Cannot continue...."

No other process is running that I'm aware of.

Are you using the latest build of TI 11 (8,101)?

Have you tried using a different DVD media (different type and/or different brand)?

Does a backup to a USB drive or internal drive work properly?

I'm using build 8053. I've tried different DVD media (different brand), and backup to external drive works with no problem.
