error of try and decide message: Trial period has expired
Dear sirs! My problem is the following. I have used beta version of the True image home 2013. Then I installed the new official version. Everything is working Ok, except of Try and decide. When I intend to use it, it begins working and after few seconds I get a message: "The trial version of True image has expired. Select what you want to do with the changes you have made." I did next steps to manage it:
1. Uninstalled official version.
2. Used Acronis True Image 2013 cleanup utilities as described in knowledge base article.
3. Installed beta version.
4. Uninstalled beta version without cleanup.
5. Installed official version once more.
Nothing changed.
Please write me how to solve it.

Yes, when installed beta-version to make and decide run I used trial serial number. I made mistake.

If you've run the cleaner and reinstalled 2013 and it is still not accepting the serial number you might have to raise a support ticket with Acronis.
The only other suggestion I have is to reinstall the trial version, and if that installs OK, then add your full serial number from under the Help menu I think, there is a link somewhere on the trial version.

I would like to add some new details. I have installed beta version on clean Windows 8 system with no other software. I got an error, calling that my disks are dynamic. So Try and decide can not work. I have read the latest build should solve the issue in knowledge base article here. Instead of the dynamic discs error I have the mentioned error of trial period.
I have no full version. The system loads in usual way, but this dual boot system of Windows 7 PRO and Windows 8 enterprise trial, installed on the different partitions of the same hard disk. All its partitions are basic.
