Error when i try to start Acronis True Image 2010 Home

After I installed Acronis True Image 2010, I try to start the program and I get eror (see attached file)
In the past I had Acronis true image 11 and I uninstall it.
How can I fix this error?

My problem with ATIH is similar. After installing version 11 and several computer-restarts the start of the program is prevented by the following error message: You must restart your computer before you can execute True Image Home (-> Attachment)

I have the same error if I have my iPod or a USB thumbdrive connected when I start ATI2010.

I have to make sure all are disconnected before I launch ATI.

Rolf - before installing ATI 2010 i did uninstall to ATI-11
Mark - i have no iPod connected to my computer,
can external Hard Drives connected via USB can cause this error?
