Error when restoring backup

This is beginning to get really frustrating.
I have Acronis True Image Premium 2014 and I have backed up a laptop HDD to another computer.
I am now trying to restore this image using the universal restore option and selecting the MBR, Boot and Content/files (basically everything from the image) to another HDD.
This takes a long time to do for 166GB worth of data.
I am using another Windows 7 (SP1 - fresh install) laptop to do this restoration to another HDD using a USB external caddy.
When restoring, towards the end I suspect, I get an error:
Device Driver "PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C31&SUBSYS_060D1028&REV_05" for "Windows 7" cannot be found. Place the driver on a removable media and click retry.
What does this mean and how can I SUCCESSFULLY restore the image and be able to boot up the HDD? What do I need to do?
The options for the buttons I get are:
Retry
Ignore
Ignore All
Cancel
yes, I tried Retry but get the same error message. Not sure what others I will get and do not want to ignore incase if the image does not get restored successfully.
Thank you.
