error while installing ATI home 2011

Unfortunately due to the lack of sufficient diagnostic information it's hard to identify the exact cause of the problem. So this situation requires investigation. Please gather the following information: 

1. Windows System Information
2. MSI log
3. Event logs
   (Start -> Run -> Eventvwr.msc)

and submit a support request with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.
