Hi

I have been having problems with Acronis for some time. I was always using Acronis 2012 and a few weeks ago I was here on the 2012 forums saying I was having trouble with my backups. I kept getting an error 'Error Writing File'. I scan the drive and the drive came up clean as a whistle. Today after exhausting all avenues I upgraded to 2015 AND I purchased a new Samsung 3TB drive. I ran a new backup and got the same error 'Error Writing File'.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

Sorted it out myself! Thanks for nothing!

I'm disgusted that I upgraded my Acronis package to 2015. I wont be upgrading again and I'll be reviewing it and posting my experience with support and the forums.
