Thread needs solution
Acronis v11 I made a full sector image of the my esx server, the main boot drive of it which is on an hp p410i raid 1 setup. Question that I have is, when I do the image in full sector mode , does it make an exact image of my original drive, including the hard drive's UUID . In case that in the future I decide to drop this image on a new drive , I need the UUID and everything to go into it. So I do not run along the issues some have had where they're images are apparently not 100% true clones, and skip the UUID and that of course creates the issue with nonbootable vm's. thanks
