"Explore Backup Archive" doesn't list Acronis Secure Zone - where is it?

I downloaded the latest build of True Image 11, and using it on Windows 7, created a secure zone on my drive J: (a 1 terabyte external USB drive), then created a full backup in the zone. I validated the backup archive. Okay so far.

But now I try to Explore Backup Archive and the Secure Zone is not listed. Where is it?

I've tried to use this program at various times without success. There is always some kind of problem (mostly it stops responding). My confidence level in being able to actually rescue a crashed computer with this software is pretty low at this point.
