Extended Capacity Manager and Truecrypt?

Hi,

does the Extended Capacity Manager provided with ATIH 2013 coexist with Truecrypt 7.1a in the context of system encryption?

The use case is a 3TB HDD to be used as system disk on a PC with non-UEFI BIOS, which means booting Windows 7 from a GPT disk is not possible. The E.C.M. would provide access to the space above the 2TB limit for an encrypted non-system partition, while the C: boot partition (with system encryption) would be within the 2TB limit.
