f11 (Startup Recovery Manager) + MBR track 0 -- Help pleasee

Hi

I have first activated (F11 Startup Recovery Manager )
Second i made a full backup .

I have restored the Full backup succesfully. But i can not see the F11 displaying at the startup.

Note: i restored only my Primary C: drive.
I did not restore the MBR track 0 thing.

My question is:

1. How can i get the f11 startup Recovery manager, after every Image restore ?
2. What will happen if i restore C: primary + MBR track 0?
3. Do i need to restore The MBR aswell to get F11 working?
4. will MBR delete my entire harddrive?
