Fatal ERROR during Installation

I purchased the upgrade to 2014, but cannot install it,
I get the error message:

Installation has failed.
Fatal Error during Installation.

I ran install using the administrator account & turned off antivirus & firewall.

Saved error log to a file.
Copied note 1 from error log file:

Note: 1: 2262 2: Error 3: -2147287038

I have the same problem with my copy of Acronis True Image 2014 (and I have downloaded it 3 times to make sure it is not a faulty download) - BUT!

I already have this particular programme loaded and working on a PC and a Laptop running WIN7 home premium.

Now, trying to install it on my graphics PC running WIN7 Pro I keep getting the following message: -

Installation has failed.
Fatal error during installation
An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.VC80.CRT,publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",version="8.0.50727.762",processorArchitecture="amd64"'. Please refer to Help and Support for more information.

All 3 computers are 64 bit.

My Acronis True Image 2014 file IS registered and my registration says ' 1 license'. I would believe this, but my two Home Premium computers are working fine with it - so

HELP Please?!!!
