File Backup 118% Complete??

Ok,

I decided to avoid Disk Backup (since something went wrong for me). And I'm now trying a File Backup instead. Among the options, I chose to validate each backup once it was done. So anyway, I'm running it for the first time and according to the progress bar it's supposed to have already completed, but it's just sitting there saying 'calculating'. When I hover my mouse over the icon in the Windows tray, it says 118% complete. What does that mean? I've been waiting 2 hours since the green progress bar filled up completely. Is this backup ever going to complete??

This was a known issue in 2012. I thought U1 fixed it, but could be wrong. What build are you running?
