File Corrupted Message Issue

Thread needs solution

I have been backing up daily for the weeks with no issue. A few days ago I received the file corrupted message (see attached) and I can't get around it. I have tried the "Retry" button and the message just repeats itself, and I have also tried the "Cancel" buton which does nothing. So, essentially I am locked up as I cannot use other options as this message is constantly being displayed. Can anyone provide some guidence for what to do here?.

PS I previously tried eMail support, they assigned me a case number and that was the last I heard from them. When I login it says their are NO cases assined to me?????.

Try to start up a new backup chain, or try to set up a new task.

Because I can't get rid of the message, I'm locked out of using the other program functions.

Reboot the computer to kill the stuck processes.
