File Date Stored by TI 2013 NonStop Backup is Incorrect

I am testing Nonstop Backup for two folders using TI 2013 (Build 5551) on Win7 Pro (64-bit) to a network drive as well as to a directly-attached external drive (NTFS). I run Lotus Notes that keeps mail within a large file. The timestamp stored with the backup is earlier than the actual timestamp, even though the data in the restored file is current.

Specifically, I downloaded mail at around 09:59 on March 12th and shut down Notes so that NonStop Backup would pick up the changes (see http://forum.acronis.com/forum/40578 for the reason). TI 2013 created a new version with a timestop of March 11 at 16:54, even though the file backed up had a timestamp of March 12 at 10:00. The restored file has the March 11th timestamp but contains mail records up to 09:59 on the 12th.
