FILES MISSING FROM SEVERAL VALIDATED BACK UPS

Cannot see or even find or restore all my 2010 records which was backed up on vista and now that it crashed i tryed to restore to windows seven but many many files are missing
I can't imagine 3 different backups are missing these exact files.
please help

I Don't believe online back up was ever intended to be a Image that would restore a operating system. I have been using TI 2010 for awhile now and my local Image back ups have worked perfectly on the one notebook i needed to set back a few days.

These backups were created on external hard drives as well as on internal hard drives

This is the Online Backup Forum. You may want to move the thread to the True Image Home Forum.

Are you looking in the correct folder? Vista and Windows 7 place a lot of data under Users. Documents and Settings, for example, is a JUNCTION -- not a real folder. It points to the Users folder. My Documents is another JUNCTION.

no these back ups were put on a seperate drive and an extermal drive and was validated as sucessful.
what erks me is acroinis logo says computing with confidence and I have not much confidence in it now

these backups were on internal and external drives and never was put on the online storage
