Files will not backup

Every time I attempt to back-up my HDD the same files refuse to back-up.

I have attached the log for my latest attempt at a back-up. Can you tell me what I need to do to resolve this problem?

Thank you for the log provided, it helped a lot. I've checked it and I'm glad to inform you that we have this issue and fix for it described in this KB article. Please check it and follow the instructions listed.

Should the issue persists, please provide us with the following informaiton: 

  1. OS you're backing up
  2. Build of the product you're using
  3. Target location of the backup
  4. Acronis Info from the problem machine

This will help us to identify the exact cause of the issue and find an appropriate solution.
