Free Plus Pack promo for ATI Home 2011

Thread needs solution

I purchased ATI Home 2011 boxed addition. I qualify for the promo free Plus Pack however it was not included. I have been unable to get through to support. Attempts to pose a question in both the e-mail links and live chat links failed, even though the site accepted my registration data and attachment proving my purchase of ATI during the qualification period.

There seems to be no other way to contact Acronis during the "30-day-after-purchase" period to pose or fix problems. Does anyone have any contact suggestions?

Do you have one or two serial numbers?

When you say the chat and email links failed, in what way?

Your last resort is to send a PM to one of the Acronis Moderators here - Anton and Yana are the ones here most often.

I am sorry for any inconvenience, but boxed versions do not qualify for the free Plus Pack campaign.

It appears the issue with contacting our Support team is probably caused by a glitch with our web-site, I sent a reply to your private message asking for a screenshot of the support wizard. We will also extend your support period for the amount of time you lost. I apologize for any inconvenience.
