FTP backup only few Kb

Hello.
Windows 7 pro 64 bit.
acronis true image 2013

I'm trying to backup to an ftp server but my origin file about 1 Gb it is backuped up in only 1.02 Kb.
Any ideas?

Locally I can backup with no problem in another disk destination

on FTP it says between other informations: Unable to create snapshot for backup
