Get Javascript disabled error when I try to get support.

Thread needs solution

After installing acronis I can perform backup one time, then I get a "can't perform task" message. Tried to get into support and advised javascript is disabled in browser but inspection shows not disabled. What can I do?

This is what I get when I try to access your pages. Java/Javascript is enabled in both IE and Firefox, but get same message. Can't respond as needed. What can I do?

When I first install Acronis I can complete backup of everything. When I try to do it again at a later date I get the message that "task cannot be performed". What could cause that?
