Getting a BSOD everytime I attempt a backup.

Thread needs solution

This is the crash dump info.

I am using Acronis home 2011 plus pack with build 6597 on a pc with windows 7

Thank you for finding time to open the thread and report about the issue. I understand how inconvenient the problem is, and will be glad to help you.

It's hard to say for sure, but looks like Acronis Scheduler is causing the crash. I would advise you to update the Scheduler as mentioned in this article.

Should the issue remain, please gather

  1. Acronis Info
  2. Windows Crash Minidump
  3. Event logs
    (Start -> Run -> eventvwr.msc)

After that please submit a support case with the information attached, and let us know the case number.
