Getting Stuck at Crate Image Wizard

hello all.. i am very confused about my acronis true image now..

first my laptop is lenovo y400 ideapad with oem windows 8
i already make my laptop cleaned with factory reset and i decided for making backup with acronis true image, i used hiren for boot to my bios...

when i want to make a "create image" its always stuck at "welcome to the create image wizard".. i already wait until 3 hours and no one changed... its still getting stuck...

i've already change to many version for acronis true image, but no one really happen...

You are using not True Image 2013 but True Image Echo (9.5). 9.5 (and below) was never compatible with Windows 8. Only the last (at the moment) build of B&R 11.5 and True Image 2013 are compatible with it.
