Hi.
I purchased true image 2015 but prior to opening box I decided to use trial version in case I decide its not for me. Installed no problem but when trying to backup, it hangs as noted above. The computer I'm backing up is running windows 7 and I'm connected wirelessly to a network computer running windows 8.1 with an attached shared USB3 external hard drive. I have no trouble accessing the network shared drive.
Any ideas?
