Help burning image to disk

Hi,

I have created an image of my OS and I have the bootable acronis and eveything is fine, I can restore the image etc, but how can I add the image.tib to the disk? at the moment the image is on a usb drive but I just want the 1 disk which has the acronis bootable and tib on the same disk. I have opened the iso in PowerISO and tried adding the image that way, but after burning the didk it doesn't boot. It's a dual layer by the way and is big enough to hold the tib. Anyone have any ideas?
