Help - can not access partitions after disk clone

Thread needs solution

So my company uses Acronis, and I love it, but today I got the task of cloning one 20GB MSDos based hard drive with 5 partitions, to another 20GB hard drive.
So i used the acronis boot CD and went to tools, and cloned one hard drive to the other, using the automatic settings, each partition is 2GB in size, and it cloned each partition, I know this cause it shows it on the partition layout at the bottom when its done with the clone. Now the hard drive boots fine, and the main partition works flawlessly but the other 4 partitions can not be accessed. Its dos based, and I type in D: for the second, E:, etc.. and it tells me invalid drive destination. But if I hook up the hard drive via USB to my laptop (windows7) it sees all the partitions on said drive correctly.
The source hard drive works fine, its only the destination drive that I can not access the other partitions in this dos based system.
what can I do?
Thanks in advance for any and all help and suggestions, I am at my wits end.

When you say W7 can see the other partitions, are you able to access the contents of these partititions?

What version of MSDOS, 6.22?

How are the partitions originally set up all logical?
