Home 2012: import a backup profile from another Home 2012 install?

I have just upgraded from Win XP to Win 7 and have successfully re-installed Home 2012. Is there a file that I can copy and move to the new OS install that holds the profile settings so that I can keep from having to re-do a complex backup protocol?

Under Tools and Utilities, Export the settings from the first, then Import them on the one you want them copied to.
