Hot to recover tib file from a usb external that says it is from recycle bin?

Hi, got a lot of things working on my studio computer again, thanks to all the help from the forumites. Now, I got a usb enclosure for my once slave drive that had the image backed up on it from the master drive before it failed on me, well, way before, safety precaution.

Now, I go into the slave drive that I made external and can't find the tib file, but I saw it in the cellar computer when I wanted to recover it a few days ago. It seems after booting with ATI that is in a recycle bin area, that does show 2 files, but they don't say tib, they just show folders with a long extended name on them, but the line below, says , this is a tib file

So, before I go any further, I need to know how to restore this image from them, or what happened, OK? Please assist me with this mission, as I need to get the cellar studio computer up and running, so I can record a song for a local radio station, thanks for listening, DR
