How to backup the Acronis Database

Thread needs solution

I have 2 terrabytes of data (movies, TV, etc) that I want to back up to 50 gb blu rays.
I want to be able to backup all of the data, then delete some of the data from the hard drive it is restored in and to always have the option to restore that data in the future from the blu ray.

I can't imagine any reason why that in itself would be a problem.

But someday in the future I am gonna whipe W7 off the PC and install W10 and I am going to have to reload that entire database disc by disc.
I do not want to do this.
For one, it is possible that over the course of a year a few discs may become corrupted. To restore the Acronis by reading in Discs 1 - 50 and have disc 48 be corrupt - this won't work.
For another, I don't really care about that missing disc. The truth is that if one day I discover that that disc 48 is corrupt - and I can't restore x-files because of that, I don't really care as long as I can still do restores from the majority of the other discs.

So what I need is to be able to backup the actual Acronis database that holds the backup before whiping W7 and to restore it when I install W10.

I am at a loss. I have been a customer for quite a while and I have never been able to pull off this trick.

Any advice?
