How to clean listing of backup files

Whenever I open Acronis True Image (2013 version), I see a listing of all tib backups under Backup and recovery tab. The listing is now too long. Some of those listed backups do not exist because somewere deleted a long ago. How can I clean or delete those annoying, non-existing listings. There must be an easy way to organize the listing.
