how do we report bugs?

Thread needs solution

I know we have 30 days free support from the time of purchase but why should I now have to pay to report potential bugs whenever the software is updated. The 6055 release has thrown up two issues for me and looking at the forums for others as well.
For such an important product to end users some sort of unpaid bug reporting should be allowed?
