How to make a bootable Acronis Media for the Asus K95VJ Notebook only supporting UEFI Boot ?

Thread needs solution

Hi,
I have a this Asus Notebook:
http://geizhals.at/850435
ASUS A95VM-YZ034H (90NB00C1-M00360)
It only supports Windows 8 64-bit so far.
And it only supports UEFI Boot disks.
Bios is the latest version 2.24.
I cannot boot from the regular Acronis Boot Media.
I even cannot boot from the True Image 2013 Plus Pack WinPE 4.0 (Windows 8) as documented here:
http://forum.acronis.com/forum/35238
The Acronis Medias are working on older Notebooks with no problem, but this one is UEFI boot only !
If I put in the regular Windows 8 DVD, it can boot from it.
The options I see in the BIOS are:
UEFI: MATSHITABD-CMB UJ141AF
Windows Boot Manager (P0: INTEL SSDSC2CT240A§)
What can I do to boot from an Acronis Media to backup my new Notebook ?
Thanks,

I appreciate it is a bit of extra work, but you might be able to get the current bootable media to work if you boot from the ISO using something like this for flash drives http://www.rmprepusb.com/tutorials/firawiniso - I use this to boot Acronis ISO's though my laptop is UEFI but doens't have Secure Boot.

I think it is possible to use something like this for CD's as well.
