How to recover a san attached drive after recovering the system with boot media

I have a system I will be recovering from boot media to restore the C: system Drive

Once the system is restored and running properly I will be attaching SAN storage to it.

How do I run acronis within the "windows environment" to restore the drives attached to the san

I looked at the boot media I used to restore my system partition but you can't run it from "windows environment" there is no application, exe etc?

What's the CD/software I should be using to run the acronis program within windows to restore these drives? I won't have access to my AMS server at my DR site so this will need to be something I can run from the local server at the DR site.
