How to recover when version doesn't please acronis

Thread needs solution

I am never able to click on recover and get it to work. I must always use the boot to recovery method. The problem is, it always asks for a version number it thiinks I should have. I have read the solution (click on ignore) but it doesn't work for me. This is sooooo frustrating...not being able to use this simple way to recover. Has anyone else ever had this problem...what am I missing.

Oh by the way I always make a full partition image each day. Sorry I left that off my initial submission.

Well I just figured it out myself. Because I didn't run the recover as an administrator I could never open any images.
When I did it worked like a charm. I thought I would put this in here in the event someone else had the same problem.
