How to See Hidden Folders & Files

I need to recover a hidden folder but in the Files & Folders recovery list, I only see the non-hidden ones, and I don't see an option to reveal the hidden ones. Any help? Op sys is XP home SP3 but I doubt that's a factor.

Most likely you are using True Image Home, not Backup & Recovery. In this case, you need to set up 'show hidden files and folder' in windows explorer folder options.

Thanks for your input.

Already done that--I can see the hidden folders and files in Windows Explorer and other software. It's only the Acronis 11 software that won't display those hidden items to me.
