How to uninstall TI11 without BSOD??
I have TI11 and DD10 installed on my XP x86 SP3 machine. I was trying to uninstall TI11 because when I install DD11 it breaks TI11, so I was thinking maybe I could install TI11 after installing DD11.
Anyway, I can uninstall DD10 w/o a problem. But each time I attempt to uninstall TI11, I get a BSOD (x0000007) on boot up. (I have to restore my system between attempts.)
I won't try the MS cleanup util because it is not compatible with Office 2007 (MS pulled it from their site because of problems with it). I tried the Acronis cleanup util and it didn't work any better (man, is that confusing software!). Doing a checkdisk didn't fix it.
Does anyone know how to uninstall TI11?? Geez this is bad when you can't uninstall a product w/o system corruption.
Thanks,
Justin

It can be helpful when uninstalling/installing a program that involves drivers, such as ATI, to use msconfig to disable all non-microsoft services and startup programs. Then you can restore them after the uninstallation/installation.
I'd try running msconfig, unistalling and then reinstalling, then msconfig again to rstore the startups and services.
This does two things: one ensures that other progs and services won't interfere with proper installation. and two, can reveal is there is a program conflict.
you can read how to use msconfig here:

If you to scrub the pc registry for any leftovers after uninstalling, then run a registry cleaner, like jv16 power tools or any of the bazillion of others out there, and after uninstalling, search for and delete all occurences of "Acrons" "Trueimage" and "Fomatik".
