If I Restore A Full Backup, Do the More Recent Incrementals Restore Automatically?

In attempting to restore a clone image of a hard drive (and I say attempt because it has not worked so far,) Acronis offers to allow me to restore the full backup I performed on Apr 26, and does not allow me to select the more recent Incremental Backup I made on May 1.

I want to restore the backup including the incremental information on May 1.

Restoring a Full image does not restore any Incrementals. You need to select the Incremental you want.

What version and build of TI are you using?

Are you getting an error message when you try to select the Incremental? Can you browse to it and select it?

Generally a backup set with incs will have a full as the irst file and then s series of incs created thereafter. If you select the full fro restore, the restore will not include any of the backups. When you select an incremental to restore, ATI automatically restores the full and all incrementals since the full up to and incuildng that chosen inc.

Also, if you tried to access an inc and failed, if y ou did it form the bootcd, try doing it form within windows, and vice versa.
