i'M highly confused with this new "Enchanced UI to be simple" in 2011?

I went to 2011 Acronis True Image home, and the changes are so drastic that it has litteraly for me has become so stupidly easy to use, that the advanced features are gone.

I don't understand how it works AT ALL.

I make a backup, but there is no option at all to make an incremental. If I make a new incremental, it doesn't merge it with the old backup like last versions and is extremely large. I thought incremental ment it would only write the CHANGES? It seems to me its doing a full backup, and just as large. Nonstop backup has this problem too, getting too large for small changes.

So how do I do I properly do an incremental backup? All I see is this:

Sometimes, it says backup... and I accidentally click on it and the backup is gone forever; there's not even a confirmation message?

Please help....
