Impossible to access NAT
I just installed the latest version of Acronis (V 2011] And, now, cannot reach my NAS saved files and cannot save on my NAS. I had no porblem with the previouis version (v 2010] but there seems to be a problem with the latest version. What I can do from Acronis (with the new french version) is :
1 - Connect to whole network
2 - Connect to Microsoft Windows Network
3 - from there, see my worgroup (just the name)
4 - And from there........... nothing, although I can see my NAS from Windows explorer or many other tools. Saving or restoring from a NAS seems to me a basic operation and I would expect that Acronis would do that, at a minimum.
There is obviously a bug there. What do you suggest ? Are you ready to reimburse me for this new version ? Or do you have a fix to repair the problem shortly ?
