Incorrect Boot Sequence

Thread needs solution

I partitioned my Samsung Solid State HD three ways:
- Windows 7 Pro - for Office
- Windows 7 Pro - for Graphics/Photo work
- Windows 7 Pro - for Film editing etc.

I use a second (regular) HD to store all data from the three partitions.

To create the boot up sequence, I used Acronis whilst working in the partition containing the Office software. This should be my default start up. However I have two problems:
1) No matter where in the sequence of the Boot Manager the Office partition is, it will never boot up in this partition. Acronis seems to be hard-wired to use the Graphics/Photo partition as the default. Truly annoying, as I need to present during each boot up to chose the partition I want!!!!

2) I note: in the Boot Manager, I can assign a name to the partitions, except for the Office Partition where the 'Change name' feature is not active.

Can anyone help on how to ensure the Office partition becomes the default partition during start up and also how, or why not, one seems to be unable to give a name to the Office partition. (It now just says: Windows 7)

Thanks and I appreciate feedback
