Incremental Consolidation confusion :)
Hi guys,
In my backups, i have the full back up and 18 incrementals.
Can someone please walk me through consolidating all 18 incrementals into just one incremental while leaving the full backup untouched?
I have read the documentation, and got to the Consolidation Wizard screen. The first screen is the Archive to Consolidate. I can only select one file; i need to consolidate 18 incremental files. So what should i select on this screen?
Next screen is the Select Backups to Keep. I assume here i need to check the FULL backup, and the incremental backup that i need to consolidate to?
Im not the most computer literate person on the planet, so any help would be very much appreciated.

Thank you very much for your help. One more question if i may:
I am backing up my media USB ( X:\ ) drive to another USB ( Q:\ ) drive. I am not backing up Windows itself (I tend to keep all my important files on the Q:\ drive)
What should i do if i had to reinstall Windows for whatever reason (and therefore a totally new installation of Acronis), would i be able to 'resume' the back up with the incrementals from the previous installation? Or would i have to start again?

I don't know of any TrueImage feature that would allow you to make a totally new backup task and use that new task to add files to a pre-existing tib backup file. So, I would believe you would have no choice but to start over with a new backup task and a new full backup.
