Install Startup Recovery Manager with ATIH2010 Boot CD will not work!

Problem:
In Windows we create a Boot CD with Acronis Media Builder.

When we boot the computer from this CD and install the Startup Recovery Manager all goes well.
When we reboot the system and hit F11, there is a Kernal Panic: VFS not recognized cannot mount ??

Comments:
Creating the Startup Recovery Manager with the older Boot CD v.6053 works.
Creating the Startup Recovery Manager inside Windows with v.7046 works.

There must be a bug in the new Boot CD version!
