Installed ATI 2010 upgrade on my Lifebook running Vista SP2 crashes

I upgraded Acronis TI to 2010, when I tried run it it crashes with an Internal Error description shows (0x0)
Tag = 0x0
Searched on K/B etc with no results Help!!

I'm trying to install Acronis TI 2010 on a Dell Inspiron with Vista SP2.

When I reboot after a "successful installation", it crashes. Will have to capture the internal error. Too tired to repeat the ordeal tonight.
I've done the simple things: install as admin, disable antivirus, disable Window Defender.

Surely, someone has successfully installed on Vista SP2 machine. I want a backup image before upgrading to Windows 7.
